Returns & Exchanges:

For refund or exchange you can return the products within 14 days of receiving them. The products can only be exchanged with other colours or sizes of the same product. We do not offer exchanges on any discounted products.

Due to the combination of organic and recycled cotton/linen yarn, some slight shade and size variations are possible on the products you purchase. Please consider them as works of nature, you will appreciate it.

However, in case the quality, cut or look of the product you bought makes you regret the purchase, please write to us via [email protected] and put your order number as the subject.

Tell us about your problem, attach a photo and the receipt (or proof of purchase) of the product that you want to return or exchange and we will get in touch with you in maximum three days. The product must have its labels/tags, should not be used, worn or washed.

Customers returning or exchanging orders from outside of Turkey will be refunded fully or get an exchange at the full cost of the product excluding bank transaction fees and shipping costs. Please consider using a trackable shipping service as we cannot help you with lost packages.
